Returns
We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact us within: 14 days of receiving the goods
Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Custom or personalized orders.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Shipping
To return your product, please contact us before via Maya@maykobags.com and we will provide you all shipping instruction and details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shopify. We share information with Shopify as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under Shopify Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
