Returns:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Just be sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your items, and ship the items back to us within 30 days of delivery.

** NOTE: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any custom/more then 10 units from the same item/personalized orders. 

Conditions for Returning Items:

Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds: 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that we have received the item. We will also notify you about the approval of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

In case of items that were purchased using free shipping, we will deduct 10% of the item cost. For example, if you checked-out using a promotion code for free shipping, but decide to return your item for a refund, you’ll be refunded 90% of the total amount. 

Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within a few days.

Shipping:

All items ship within 1-3 business days and provide tracking numbers on every order via Email, over there you will find all tracking info + relevant tracking site. Standard shipping estimates are 8-10 business days and 1-3 days for an Express shipping to the US, 10-18 business days and 3-5-3 days for an Express shipping to Europe, 15-27 business days and 5-7 days for an Express shipping to Australia. To return your product, please contact us beforehand via Maya@maykobags.com, and we will provide you with all of the shipping instructions and details.

** US TAX FEE NOTICE : Please note that you will NOT be charged any extra tax fee on the arrival of your purchase to the USA. This is as result of the trade agreement between Israel and USA all other country will be charged to their local tax role.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

  1. Transfers Of Personal Information Outside The EU

We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
